These TV dinners’ original transparencies from 1954 are carefully crafted to convey a message that tells a story of taste. Since memory plays an important part in forming our belief system, this artwork questions the health or illness of our culture in the development of perception through the senses and our capacity for taste. The Culture cap that accompanies the artwork asks the question: to whom does Culture belong?
